Introduction to the Acquisition
In September of 2018, Domico Software was acquired by Fullsteam LLC a holding company based in Auburn, Alabama, that is actively acquiring software and payments businesses. Faced with consistent growth in the self-storage industry, Domico founder Glenn Hunter recognized the acquisition as a great opportunity for accelerating the growth of Domico software in the storage industry. Fullsteam is heavily investing in Domico software and will enable the company to provide a deeper feature set and richer customer experience in the years to come.
Each year, self storage industry events bring together thousands of leaders to share and exchange ideas. However, 2020 was not like any other. The unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic put a halt on most things, including social gatherings.
In the wake of the pandemic, self storage associations postponed their industry events awaiting instructions from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as their governors in order to help slow the spread of Covid-19.
With the roll-out of vaccinations, states are slowly getting the green light to reopen. We’ll start to see the reopening of industry events, with the Spring SSA scheduled for June. Scroll down below to learn more about the planned events for this year.
