Domico Software Acquired by Fullsteam LLC

Domico software acquired by Fullsteam

January 11, 2019

Introduction to the Acquisition

In September of 2018, Domico Software was acquired by Fullsteam LLC a holding company based in Auburn, Alabama, that is actively acquiring software and payments businesses. Faced with consistent growth in the self-storage industry,  Domico founder Glenn Hunter recognized the acquisition as a great opportunity for accelerating the growth of Domico software in the storage industry. Fullsteam is heavily investing in Domico software and will enable the company to provide a deeper feature set and richer customer experience in the years to come.

Domico Promotions

As part of the acquisition, we are  excited to announce the promotion of Rodney Vernon to President of Domico. Vernon has worked with the company for more than 15 years, leading the Sales team and cultivating customer relationships. With his leadership skills, immense company knowledge, and considerable influence in the industry, Vernon is  an exceptional choice to succeed Hunter. Although he is stepping down as president, Hunter will remain part of Domico’s team as a consultant.

“It is my sincere honor to lead such an amazing team here at Domico into the next successful chapter of business, Vernon said. “I hope to share my enormous passion for this software company and this industry with everyone as we grow in both technology and market-share.”

In addition to Vernon’s promotion, we are also pleased to announce that Jenni Nguyen will assume the role of Vice President of Administration. Nguyen has been with Domico Software for more than five years working directly with Hunter and Vernon in Sales and Marketing. In her new role, she will also undertake additional responsibilities in accounting, administration, and human resources.

“DOMICO Software has been such a great company to work for! I believe in our values and goals and I’m excited for the opportunities ahead,” Nguyen said.”With the backing of Fullsteam, I don’t doubt we’ll continue making an impact in this industry. I look forward to contributing to our growth.”

It is an exciting time for everyone at Domico as we enter into the new year. If you have questions about this announcement, or about Domico software, and you are attending next week’s SSA event, Rodney will be onsite and happy to meet with you! If you aren’t able to attend the event, feel free to contact us at with any questions you may have.

The company will continue to operate under the established Domico brand, and our headquarters will remain in Walnut Creek, California. We are confident that our existing and future customers will feel only positive impact from the acquisition, and we firmly believe that the Domico product – and our customer experience – will continue to improve with Fullsteam’s investment.
